A few things about me:

My Curriculum vitae will tell you about my professional life.

I maintain an archive of Maple worksheets.  Please feel free to browse the collection and to use any the worksheets; I will appreciate knowing the ones you use.  You will need Maple V, release 4 or later, to view these worksheets.

Feel free to browse the online versions of some talks I have given in seminars, colloquia, and conferences.

I'm a "blue dot" -- a 1996-1997 Project NExT (New Experiences in Teaching) fellow. Project NExT is a development program for new and recent PhDs in mathematics. The program exposes participants to innovative teaching methods, research in pedagogical issues, and ideas for career development as a teacher/scholar.

I love to play board games.  My favorites include Scrabble and Empire Builder.

I like listening to music and watching movies.  My favorite musical artists include Genesis, Phil Collins, Yes, Blue Oyster Cult, and John Mellancamp.  Some of my all-time favorite movies are Planet of the Apes (1968 version), The Sixth Sense, The Fisher King, The Shawshank Redemption, and Lord of the Rings:  The Fellowship of the Ring.
